Currently 4iservice is working on a big project:

We are building voice AI assistants that can replace call centers - yes, whole call centers - and it is able to handle 1000+ calls at once, sounds human, and scales so easy.

We want to help organizations automate their front line communication such as phone calls, bookings, and customer support without the need for 100 employees or a frustrating chatbot experience.

🎯 The Problem We Are Tackling

Too many organizations, especially restaurants, clinics, and service companies miss opportunities by losing calls.

They cannot justify the cost of a call center and generic bots do not convey the brand or experience they want to provide to their customers.

We would ask ourselves: “What if every organization could have a custom-built, scalable, human-like AI that would never miss or defer a call?”

🧠 What We Are Building

Our voice AI system is designed to:

  • 1. Answer calls immediately with NO WAITING TIME
  • 2. Understand customer intent and logic specific to the organization
  • 3. Book appointments, FAQs, and transfers
  • 4. Support 1 to 1000+ calls at the same time with the same quality/effectiveness
  • 5. Support the brands tone and personality throughout interactions It’s beyond just automation - it is like a co-worker.

🚧 Challenges We’re Solving

  • Making AI sound natural and trustworthy, not robotic
  • Scaling workflows and memory across 1,000+ concurrent calls
  • Adapting the system to match each business’s tone, rules, and process
  • Managing the full setup and training process ourselves, so clients don't have to

🧪 What’s Next

  • Enhancing analytics and call recording features for better visibility
  • Expanding into multilingual and multi-accent voice support
  • Streamlining backend systems for faster deployment and scaling
