I faced this problem and solved it by the way:
In the android/setting.gradle file, change this line:
id "org.jetbrains.kotlin.android" version "1.9.24" apply false
**notice ext.kotlin_version = '1.9.0'
Answer: The binary version of its metadata is 1.9.0, expected version is 1.5.1
