Using Postmark's inbound email parsing, patients can schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments through simple email conversations, while healthcare providers get real-time dashboard updates and automated confirmation workflows.
The system bridges the gap between traditional email communication preferences and modern healthcare management needs, making appointment scheduling accessible to patients of all ages and technical backgrounds.
