What I Built

PropertyHub is a comprehensive real estate platform that leverages Storyblok's flexible content management to showcase properties, manage listings, and provide rich neighborhood information. It serves real estate agents, property developers, and home buyers with an intuitive, content-driven experience.

Storyblok Real Estate Management

The platform combines property listings with rich editorial content about neighborhoods, market trends, and buying guides, creating a comprehensive real estate ecosystem.

Architecture Overview

How I Used Storyblok

Storyblok manages all real estate content through specialized components:

  1. Property Listings: Detailed property information with galleries, floor plans, and specifications
  2. Agent Profiles: Real estate professional showcases with contact information and testimonials
  3. Neighborhood Guides: Rich editorial content about local amenities, schools, and lifestyle
  4. Market Reports: Data-driven insights and trend analysis
  5. Blog Content: Home buying guides, market updates, and industry news
  6. Lead Forms: Customizable inquiry forms for different property types

The Visual Editor allows real estate professionals to update listings and create compelling property stories without technical knowledge.

Content Management

AI Integration

N/A - This submission focuses on real estate functionality and content management.

Learnings and Takeaways

Storyblok's asset management was crucial for handling large property image galleries and virtual tour media. The automatic image optimization significantly improved page load times.

The most challenging aspect was creating a flexible search system that could handle both structured data (price, bedrooms) and content-based searches (neighborhood descriptions). I solved this by combining Algolia's search capabilities with Storyblok's rich content structure.

System Integration

Storyblok's localization features enabled us to serve multiple markets with region-specific content and pricing information.

Data Flow

The project demonstrated how content-driven approaches can differentiate real estate platforms by providing value beyond simple property listings.
