AI Internship Finder & Planner

🤖 What It Does

Runner H became my personal internship assistant — it reads my CV and cover letter, finds matching internship opportunities online, organizes them in a Google Sheet, adds reminders to my calendar, and sends me a weekly summary email — all fully automated, no coding required.

✅ Tasks it Performs:

1. Reads my CV + cover letter from a Google Drive folder (RunnerH_Application_Assets)
2. Searches online for internships that would match this profile
3. Fills a Google Sheet with:
   • Company, Position, Link, Deadline, Status
4. Sorts internships by closest deadline
5. Adds top deadlines to Google Calendar
6. Sends me a summary email: “📌 Your Weekly Internship Plan”

🧪 Testing Instructions

You can test this use case yourself:

1. Upload your own CV & motivation letter to a folder on Google Drive
2. Use this prompt in Runner H:

Access the Google Drive folder named “******” and review the two files:
- “****_*****_cv.pdf”
- “Motivation Letter”

Based on the skills, experiences, and interests described in these documents, search for 5 relevant internship opportunities online that would match this profile.

For each opportunity, extract:
- Company name
- Position title
- Link to apply
- Deadline or posting date

Then:
1. Create a Google Sheet named “Internship Tracker” with columns:
   Company | Position | Link | Deadline | Status
2. Populate the sheet with the 5 opportunities, and sort by deadline (soonest first).
3. Add the 3 most urgent ones to Google Calendar with the title “Internship Reminder – [Company Name]”.
4. Send me an email titled “📌 Your Internship Opportunities Summary
” summarizing:
   - The internship titles and deadlines
   - A link to the Google Sheet
   - Direct access to the CV and motivation letter in Drive
