i often take myself some time to write feedback for apps, devices, software, ... whatever.
most of the time the feedback will be read by one service person, i get a "no" in response and then the text i wrote catches dust in some ticket system.
this is the reason i thought i share some of my feedback messages here. maybe they are interesting for other persons or maybe there are more persons who see the feedback like me and also write a feedback.
together we maybe convince some app/software/device creator to change something.
i prefer diversity not one supersimple userinterface which works for 80% of the standard users but decelerate advanced user.
