Are the Magnificent Seven reliable?
Seems that this term is coined in May 2023, and so it's a relatively new term. Considering that it is older than 2024 itself, perhaps this bull-run is not limited to 2024.
In fact, it seems quite reliable in 2025, being the major proportion of the S&P 500. Could they have run out of steam? With U.S continuing to be an AI superpower, I think it will take awhile for these stocks to tank.
Perhaps, what's curious is the presence of 2025 stock predictions. Here's one.
- Earnings Per Share - look for positive & accelerating growth
- P/E Ratio - lower means undervalued or pessimistic outlook
- P/B Ratio - inconclusive
