Cookiecutter Data Science for Dummies

I've benefited greatly from Cookiecutter Data Science, but I have not found it very beginner friendly.

As someone who, I would like to think, has recently left the beginner stage behind, I still remember what it's like to be overwhelmed by this tool.

So, I've created a simpler version: CookieCutter Data Science for Dummies.

Note, if you're reading this I don't think you're a dummy, but I do think you (or if you prefer, your friend) may want a hint on how to organize a data science project without worrying about things like installing local packages.

So please take a look at my repo and tell me what you think. Have I simplified it too far? Have I not made it simple enough?

As an AI student, I was really struggling to keep my project files organized. But then I discovered CookieCutter, for me that made my projects way more manageable.
