Should I put some attention to the keyboard I'm using to code? Should I spend my money on some MX-Cherry keyboard (or whatever is popular now) or I'd live with a cheaper one? What keyboard do you use or could recommend?

It's worth it. Mechanical keyboards last a long time and are really great to type on. Massdrop has a lot of keyboards for sale pretty regularly (for example, I designed this one on sale here! dro.ps/b/VTmOeqQ/t?mode=guest_open), and also WASD Keyboards has some nice ones too. If you want to really customize them, I'd head over to /r/MechanicalKeyboards to see the possibilities!
