I just recently passed my AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate exam and I really enjoyed learning about cloud computing and the different services that are offered by AWS. I'm a developer who has spent a majority of my career coding but now in my current position I am getting more into the DevOps side of things with building Jenkins pipelines and what not.
Now I want to know from those who have been DevOps engineers and even cloud solutions architects, what is it about your job that you like.
I would also like to hear the parts that you dislike as well. Thanks!
I'm primarily a web developer but when I get a pipeline working for seamless automated deployment it feels so good. Same feeling when you finally get something working with code for the first time that you didn't think was possible.
