Honestly, both matter, but if I had to choose in 2025… I'd say handling the pressure is often the bigger challenge.Most devs can learn the technical stuff with enough practice. But staying calm, communicating clearly, and thinking out loud under pressure? That’s a different skill set, and it’s what separates those who just “know” the answer from those who get the offer.
this is extremely impressive, plenty for me to dig into here you think the biggest challenge now is technical skills or just handling the pressure
