Dev.to’s support team feels like it’s sitting in a dead office where no voices are heard and no emails are ever answered. They keep a support option just for show, because they clearly have no intention of actually helping users. No matter how many times you write or how serious your issue is, it feels like everything is thrown into a dark pit. It seems like 'support' means 'ignore' to them. As popular as this platform is for content, it’s equally notorious for its useless and pathetic support. They have no respect for users and no value for their problems. With such horrible service, they’ve proven that dev.to is just a front — behind the scenes, they don’t take anyone seriously.
