3️⃣ Use AI for Research & Drafting
I use ChatGPT for:

• Topic research
• Idea exploration

However, I never use AI to write the book — I add my voice and insights.

4️⃣ Write in Batches
I set 2-hour writing blocks daily.
Each block = one section or chapter.

5️⃣ Edit Like a Human, Polish Like AI
First, I read the draft aloud and refine it.
