Today, make it a point to notice things that make you feel happy, satisfied, or otherwise positive emotions. Write them down, and put stars next to the things that really stand out to you. Adopting this habit can help you learn about your own preferences and values in an observatory way.

This is a good practice. I'm trying to adopt this as part of my night routine, every night.

Today, I’ll make it a point to notice things that make me feel happy, satisfied, or positive emotions. For example, when I check my teatime result updates and receive them timely and accurately, it gives me a sense of accomplishment. This small thing boosts my productivity and helps me feel more focused. I will incorporate this habit into my daily routine to better understand my preferences and values in an observant way.
