If you feel discouraged or unmotivated, read new topics or ideas about programming, not just how to code in specific programming languages. Try to read about the history or curiosity about programming (why we call "bugs" errors, worst programming errors, etc.). Another read is about soft/behavioral skills because we work within a team and are not solo players in the developing world.

Try to do new things: I know some colleagues who love cooking or drawing a sketch: our brain needs to rest or do other things to be inspired again.

Meet with people who are in the same situation. Decide a small project which you both could do. Hafe fun.

Yes take a break in between coding not everyone can code straight 6 hours except me but im vibe coder so I am not writing single code but i managed to write code with of course AI guidance. Solo jobs can be done in developing your game but the results wasn’t up to your standards if you are perfectionist. Work on your solo projects first and the opportunity will arise.
