Today, I was wanting to download some video-editing software called "DaVinci Resolve." When I went to download the file, it asked for my Address. That's when I got curious and thought, can I lie on this form and not giving my address? I found out that the answer is... yes.
Google took me to the Woolf & Ross Law Firm that said it is legal to lie. However, there are some times when it is not:
If you are lie for fraudulent purposes, then it is illegal. However, any other time, you are fine.
I just wanted to share this with you, as I thought it fascinating.
