It turned out to be not always reproducible, at least at what I have observed. Maybe there is some kind of delay with unknown duration between blocking and the effect of blocking? ... Maybe you need to close and restart the Internet browser? ... Not sure ... Just run into another case ... which vanished after restart of the browser.
