With v1 just released a few weeks ago, v1.1.0 is already here.

But first: big thanks to all the kind words after the V1 release. 🙌 Also welcome to all new people. 27 new developers/team got their copy of Rails Designer júst last week! 🤯 The past weeks I'm fortunate to have welcomed around a dozen new people every week! 😊

I just looked at everything that is scheduled for the next few months(!) and I'm excited to work on every item. The goal is to get a new release every few weeks with new components, variants and improvements. Also some totally new thing coming soon. Really excited about it!

With that out of the way: what's new at v1.1?

• New FormLabelComponent
• New form_label helper (to team up with the new FormLabelComponent)
• Added local_storage_helpers

💅 Additions

• Added oAuth ButtonComponent variant
• Added new Stacked List variant (media list)

🧙‍♂️🎩🐇 Improvements

• Use inquiry in many components instead of custom predicate methods (eg. @theme.dark? instead of dark_theme?)
• Refactored cookies_helpers to match (new) local_storage_helpers
• Basic config options for NotificationComponent
• Use dynamic incon insertion for component files (similar to component variants)

🎷🐛 Bugfix

• Fix icon on stacked list variant
• Fix correct class inheritance for ButtonComponent
