I normally don't watch videos (ADD makes it difficult), but I am glad I watched this. As someone about to start seriously job hunting again, this helped me a lot to realize some weak points on my resume.
What is your opinion on CVs? Does it make any difference to you or HR? Or is it pretty irrelevant so long as I tailor it specifically for the requirements of the job?
