As a student and designer, I often struggled to find free, high-quality images that didn’t look like stock garbage or came with confusing license terms.

So I teamed up with a friend and built a side project over the weekends — a platform where creators can find free images, mockups, PNGs, and even wallpapers — without needing to sign up or worry about usage rights.

We called it FreezyStock.

💡 Why We Built It:

• Most free image sites either lack variety or show ads aggressively
• Designers need creative assets fast, especially when prototyping
• We wanted something where contributors also get featured and credited
