I am a web developer, I enjoy creating web apps and games.
But I really enjoy it only when I work alone.
Working in a team bores me after a little while.
I still don't really get why.
Maybe because I want control everything, but I can't in a team.
Does anyone have this problem?
Have you found a reason?
How do you face it?
I like working alone a lot. I find I can come up with really cool things when there is no communication overhead. But you can get so much more done if you work as a team.
A good team provides the benefits of team as well as the freedom that solo work brings as a complement.
