Few weeks ago I was looking for AI Voice apps over API access and I stumbled upon Descript and oh boy I was shocked. Check this out:
AI voice cloning - YouTube
Descript is both the app visible on the recording and the trained AI model that used my voice.

I then decided to research applications and divide them into:
Voice cloning (your voice or someone else's voice)
Synthetic Voice Generation (human-sounding voice)
Text-to-speech overdub - your own voice
Voice Changers allow you to modify and modulate your own voice
My attempt to categorize this somehow into the comparison table is as follows:
