I am 19 and working as a website developer for a digital marketing agency. I pretty much threw myself into working for a company that is very high performance and I love it except that things get stressful. I have been working very hard to improve my mental health and learn how to keep my stress low in order to keep pushing and I am curious about other peoples tips!





I think cooking is a really good hobby and definitely worth improving in that area. Really cool that it works for you to handle stress. Maybe I'll give it a go!
