Actually, I think it makes more sense to update weekly. Weekdays should be focused on getting results, and then over the weekend, I can take time to reflect on the week’s progress and plan goals for the next one — that seems more practical.

That said, I’ll do my best to keep up this daily habit until I hit 365 days. Like I mentioned before, it’s a daily reminder of the goals that really matter to me.

This idea gave me some better direction — it’s Friday, let’s keep it up!
