It's not hard.
Look at the built-in lightline colorschemes here or any number of colorschemes that support lightline, like iceberg or nord.
And you don't have to figure out the colors yourself. You can reference the colors in cyberpunk's airline configuration.

Hey, I tried the cyberpunk vim theme and it's amazing! It's sad that there doesn't exist a lightline version of the theme. Is there something you can do about it? Would be great! I loved your work. Also I recommend to open the issues tab in your repository.
