• Adaptability

💡 Tips for Job Seekers in 2025

• Focus on real projects. Side projects, freelance gigs, open-source contributions — these matter more than just listing skills.
• Learn to work with AI, not fear it.
• Keep your LinkedIn active. Many recruiters still live there. Share projects, write short posts, and engage.
• Don’t skip the basics. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design still matters in interviews.
• Customize your applications, CVs and portfolios.
