Information Hierarchy

**

Information hierarchy is the arrangement of words and paragraphs for optimal visibility.

This not only affects how users interact with the asset they also impact on engagement and conversion. If a user can’t find the “Buy” button or “Discount Offer” best believe they are taking no action leading to loss in traffic and sales.

What are your products and services?

Are they properly displayed in a manner that will be useful to visitors ?

Are they hidden deep in the page or in your nav menu? This is poor design; they should be crafted in a way that align with user preference.

What about your primary keyword?

Is it displayed very clearly so that users know that they are on the right page ?

All of these matter and in fact impact your CTR, dwell time, CRO and to some extent your rank position.

Websites with high bounce rates will eventually get deranked overtime and this does not matter if you backlink from high DA websites.

Therefore treat with concern and consider very seriously.
